　This is the watch that won the Best Romantic Watch Award of the 20th Century! If you’re a watch lover, you get the joke, right? Right?? By the way, we’re talking about manual wind watches here, not self-winding watches (automatic). I think I probably don’t need to explain for those who visits here, it’s one of those legendary clocks! 　The first thing worth mentioning is how tough it is! It will not malfunction easily. I don’t think you should believe all the urban legend about all the bad things mentioned about it! The product is so durable and sturdy that we can proudly say it’s the best on hand. The store where I purchased the watch has kindly told me that it won’t malfunction easily when using it normally so overhauls can be longer than usual. That’s how sturdy it is, and you can feel that the moment you hold it. Many times I left it in the pocket of my pants and washed it, and each time I panic but so far there’s nothing wrong lol. I even dropped it and everything, but that’s an ultimate practical watch for you. Though it may be plain for a dress watch.

About Size

　The size is on the large side. It’s not as impressive as Panerai, but if I was asked if it’s small..I would immediately answer “No no, it’s big”. But strangely enough, you don’t feel the size of it, or rather you get used to it. If you mention that it’s big, it is but it’s more like if you don’t mention the size, it won’t bother you at all. However, there are slender women who like watches and love this watch. I don’t think that size is an obstacle and is excluded as an option.

Are there any other legendary watch like this! This watch holds many episodes such as reaching the north or the highest peak of the mountain. But for this device, is the moon. The moon was beautiful yesterday, but it’s a moon, you know? The moon that even makes its appearance in Fujiwara no Michinaga’s song. The watch that went there..Don’t you feel the romance. Oh, sorry I got so passionate that I wrote a bit too much.. Well then, let me explain how great of a legend it is.

To put it simply, it’s also called NASA’s official watch and is the only watch that has actually landed on the moon. Doesn’t that alone makes it feel somewhat romantic? Let’s put aside the story whether humans have been to the moon or not. Anyways, it’s an undeniable fact that this watch has passed severe test among several watches so it’s certified for its durability.

Oh, also, I don’t know if it’s legendary but it’s also known as former prime minister, Abe’s favorite watch. Well, lately there’s also a lot of SEIKO. Not Suited for This Kind of Person

On the other hand, those who’s looking for a more flashy watch…this is not suited for you. It is also best to avoid purchasing for investment purposes. I think is a little late time-wise to make an invest in a watch. In terms of resale value, R and P-company are much high. (They are now at a price where you hesitate to get your hands on. I don’t want to think of resale value as a priority, because I believe that watches are not for selling.

Rival Models

Rival models are very difficult to praise… (the greatest compliment). You won’t find many watches that have a better story than the moon… lol. To be frank, there are many watches that are functionally superior. Do you want functionality in a work of art??
